Job Description :
Responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team.
Sourcing of new clients, includes following leads, visitation and giving sales presentations.
Given accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available..
Reporting to Immediate Superior / Sales Director with all sales progress.
Provide progress reports on business performance periodically and developing new opportunities.
Able to liaise with schools and teachers with regards to the program and provide any necessary support to teachers.
Coordinate logistics for the program material package i.e. coordinating w suppliers/vendors where to deliver, pack the items and deliver the packages to schools and ensure receipt through follow up.
Coordinate with 30 schools with regards to the program and the timing.
Ensure collection of post event assessment forms i.e. online or manually.
Compile the assessment form, analyze and provide reporting for the assessment.
Coordinate with videographer and photographer with schools to take videos & photos..
Provide final report of the overall event upon completion.
